This project focused on writing an extended technical definition of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) based on my real-world experience working in information technology within a school environment. The purpose of the document was to explain what EMM is, how it functions, and why it is important in educational settings, especially for non-technical users such as students and staff. To make the information accessible, I organized the document into clear sections and incorporated practical examples and visual elements that demonstrate how devices, users, and systems connect through EMM. This assignment strengthened my ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-focused communication while combining technical writing, document organization, and real-world experience into a professional informational document.
